The deal
- Full credit, always. Your artist name on the track in-game, on the vote screen and in the community hub.
- You keep all your rights. We ask only for a non-exclusive license to play the track inside our games and show it in promo material. Sell it, stream it, release it anywhere β it stays yours.
- Revocable. Changed your mind later? Email us and the track comes down.
- No payment either way. We don't charge you, we don't pay (yet) β this is an indie game and an honest trade of exposure for music. If that changes, artists already in the game hear it first.
How we keep this copyright-safe
Every song in Rainbow Rithm must be cleared for use β that's why the current catalog is AI-generated on the game's licensed account. For human music, safety comes from three things:
- We only accept tracks submitted by the rights holder themselves, with the written declaration below (ownership of both composition and recording, and no uncleared samples, covers or remixes).
- Every submission is reviewed by a human before anything reaches the game β anything that sounds unclear or unverifiable simply isn't published.
- We keep a dated record of each declaration, and any rights holder can demand a takedown at any time β the track is removed immediately, no questions asked.
